Gods Echo in Ghana

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. ~ Isaiah 43:19

About 6-7 months ago, Chris told me about a man in Ghana who had made contact with him. So he passed the details to me and I made contact. For the next 3 months I was speaking with this man named Innocent and built a relationship.

In April, I made my first trip there to see what God was wanting to do. Over the course of the 2 weeks it was clear the harvest was full and echo should be on the ground training others to become leaders, sharing the gospel, loving the community and establishing a centre for all to come and learn about Jesus. The need was definitely there and love was lacking in this village.

On my second trip which was in April, I took Kelvin with me from Malawi , who I am mentoring and training to be the future Africa Projects Manager. This time I stayed 8 days and left Kelvin there for a month to set up. In the 8 days I was with him, We were able to preach to the youth, adults and meet with the Chief. The Chief gave Echo a post office that was no longer in use to do the pastoral training out of. All we need to do was renovate it. Praise God the locals have been helping daily putting on a new roof and cement floors etc. We can now use it for His Glory.

Kelvin since then, has begun the classes with pastors every week from near-by villages. Also now I’m hearing great testimonies of transformations in their hearts, changes been made, and learning more about Gods love.

Emmanuel & Christian are heading up the training /classes under the supervision of Kelvin. Innocent is managing overall, doing the field work & bible distribution. It’s been almost a month now and Praise God for the direction we are heading towards. We will keep you all updated in the next months of what’s happening in Ghana.

So Happy with How God sets ups Teams and establishes His Hand on His Work. All Glory to Jesus.
