God is so Good!!!! He is so Awesome! Despite the restlessness around the world , Despite the problems arising in many people’s lives because of what Covid is doing... WE SERVE A MIGHTY GOD, and there is NO OTHER. He is still Moving all over the world and bringing Joy to many Hearts who open up to Him.
So happy to share with you over the next few days/weeks some of the work our teams are doing during this time , blessing people & helping the oppressed. Honestly there is so much work they are doing , but for the sake of keeping the blogs short I will share a couple of things. And today I will start with Philippines.
Our team has been continuing going through to different villages and townships, feeding the poor and the struggling. One of the main projects was helping families living under the bridges in the Manila Areas. It’s so Sad to see people live like his. These are Actual homes been made under the bridge due to poverty
So Pastor Eric who runs Echo Love Philippines, went to the bridges and blessed so many families with food, clothes, medical supplies, groceries and most importantly ... Preaching Jesus. They were so blessed and appreciative and couldn’t believe people thought of them. Told them we Echo the Love of Christ and that’s why Echo does what it does we just following Example of Jesus. We will be helping more living like this under other bridges, praying and handing out bibles too. Also the team Blessed the taxi bus drivers who don’t have much work on now due to Covid, and street beggars too.
James 2:14-18
What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works
If you are in a position to help someone, somewhere, prayer is important, loving them is important, but also providing their needs is also important. Faith & Works together is beautiful.
